SIP trunking

With Telavox SIP services, you have the opportunity to keep your existing equipment and use Telavox as an operator. Connect your equipment to us and we handle all traffic – it’s smooth, safe and simple.

How it works

Today, most telephone exchanges are connected with analogue or ISDN subscriptions – ISDN Duo and Multi / PRIs being the most common subscriptions.

If your PBX supports IP telephony, you can cancel all your current telephony subscriptions, keep your phones and telephone numbers, connect the exchange to the Internet and with Telavox start calling via your broadband.

The advantages of SIP trunking

Lower cost for your company

You will no longer need physical phone lines. This makes the setup and maintenance quick and inexpensive. International calls are also much cheaper.

Local presence for your international customers

Telavox leverages Voxbone’s global SIP trunking service and can therefore offer numbers in over 65 countries and more than 10,000 locations. Moreover, many Telavox customers use their Nordic accounts for their contact centers across the world.

Scale up or down depending on your current needs

With old-fashioned physical phone lines it was time-consuming and complex to increase the number of telephone lines. Modern VoIP solutions with SIP trunking make this type of change almost instantaneous.

Future-proof solution

Many companies around the world are shutting down their old copper networks. With SIP trunking you can be sure that your voice calls will always reach the other party even in areas without a physical network.

Integrate with other telephony environments via SIP

Telavox supports the following on-prem PBX providers: Mitel, Avaya, Aastra, and LG-Ericsson. Telavox also provides a number of integrations for CRM-systems and Microsoft Teams.
