Integration features

How to setup the integration

  1. Check that your Microsoft License allows telephony integration.
  2. You will also need either a Phone System add-on (for E-licenses) or a Business Voice add-on from Microsoft.
  3. Your Telavox Advisor will configure the PBX to establish direct routing with Microsoft 365. When that’s done, we’ll send you the phone numbers.
  4. Now, all you need to do is to configure the users in Microsoft 365 and in the Telavox Admin Portal. 
  5. All done! Your telephony solution is now connected to the users and phone numbers in the system. 

 

Your telephony solution is now automatically connected to the users and phone numbers in the system. Employees can open the Telavox app and easily log in with their Microsoft account. By doing so, calendars and contacts will automatically sync with Teams.
