About Telavox
We want to help you stay in touch.
And we want it to be easy.
We want to help you stay in touch.
And we want it to be easy.
That’s how our journey started almost 20 years ago, and simplicity continues to be our guiding star.
It all began in 2002 when two university students shared that entrepreneurial hunch: “There has to be a better way”. A better, more natural way for businesses to communicate.
Back then, cloud was the answer. Telavox brought business communication into the cloud. And ever since, we’ve continued to claim our place as the forward-thinking communication platform for business – across all channels and devices.
Because when everyday communication is easy, that’s when people share ideas and knowledge.
Unlike many Unified Communications providers, we own our platform from top to bottom - the PBX and Business Support System (BSS) which operates the fixed and mobile networks. That means we’re in full control of our product roadmap and can innovate freely with our customers and partners.
We’re also the super-users of our tech. And when you have a whole team of developers using a communication platform, while working to improve that very same product, be prepared to see constant progress.
With a team of +80 in-house developers and +50 advisors, we’re able to quickly respond not only to the support needs of our customers, but to the changing demands of the market.
For businesses that frequently scale up or down with remote and/or contract workers, Telavox is a Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) that brings telephony, PBX, messaging, meetings and contact center together in one simple app.
Unlike on-premise or hosted “solutions” that require weeks of expensive professional services to make changes and that isolate PBX, CRM/ERP and collaboration systems from one another, Telavox offers self-service control to quickly change the setup of the PBX and customer service environment in line with operational and budgetary needs.
Admins can manage users, costs and security through one portal rather than logging into many separate systems, colleagues can stay in touch with each other and customers can be routed automatically to the right agent by leveraging data from CRM/ERP systems.
